Background
Visit Ghana has launched Dailios, a comprehensive product aimed at facilitating the day-to-day operations for businesses, staff, and consumers within the tourism and hospitality industry. Dailios is envisioned as a platform that streamlines various processes, from managing bookings and reservations to providing personalized recommendations and enhancing customer experiences.

DESIGN GOAL
The primary objective is to optimize the user experience across all user groups (business owners, staff, and consumers) within the tourism and hospitality industry through the Dailios platform.
OUTCOME
Dailios launched successfully as the first-ever Ghana tourism app used by over 10,000 now, Dailios was recognised by the minister of tourism during it’s launch in 2021.
